Description  This wine is 65% merlot, 25% cabernet savignon and 10% cabernet franc. It had great flavor, right upon uncorking, but did improve by letting it breathe a while. We are finding that French wines taste best if you let them breathe a few hours, or use an aerator (like the Vinturi).
